Letter Supporting White Spaces Broadband

The SHLB Coalition urges the FCC to move forward on its proceeding to open up the "white spaces" portion of the spectrum to unlicensed use. Unlicensed use of this spectrum could provide anchor institutions with widespread access to low-cost, high-capacity broadband services.
